Before using roe.help

Confirm that the organization and authorized representative can access ROE Web. roe.help does not create accounts, recover credentials or obtain authorization.

After export

Upload the .BLK file, read every official validation result, make required corrections, and complete the official filing process.

Example

a locally ready record may still receive an official ROE Web message that must be resolved.

Boundary or exception

Local validation is not government acceptance and does not issue an ROE.
